Motion Universal Time Savings Account

Today, some employees benefit from a time savings account, known as CET. This process allows them to save unused vacation days or 'RTT'. In order to extend this tool to all employees in the private sector and so that it becomes portable throughout the professional career for each employee, Caisse des dépôts wants to create the Universal Time Savings Account. An innovative mechanism, which it aims to carry on behalf of the State.

To present this idea during meetings with social partners and the State, the Caisse des Dépôts departments wanted to be able to have an innovative motion design with hand-drawn illustrations, giving a penciled appearance to the final rendering.
